By using PCBWorld, you agree to provide accurate account, order, shipping, appliance, PCB and repair information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Product compatibility

Appliance spare parts can vary by model, revision and part code. Product images, names and brand references support identification but do not replace model and part-code verification. Contact PCBWorld when compatibility is uncertain.

Pricing and stock

Displayed prices depend on the authenticated role. The server recalculates price, GST, discount, shipping and stock during checkout. A cart does not reserve stock. Orders may be declined where data is incorrect, stock is unavailable or payment cannot be verified.

Payments

Online payment is confirmed only after server-side signature and amount verification. Manual payment methods do not create fake gateway references. Duplicate verification or webhook delivery must not create duplicate payment confirmation.

Repair services

Diagnosis and estimate amounts may change if hidden damage or additional parts are discovered. Work requiring approval will proceed only after the applicable approval status is recorded. Rejected estimates may be subject to inspection, logistics or handling charges where communicated.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping timelines depend on stock, vendor dispatch and courier conditions. Return eligibility depends on product condition, compatibility checks, category restrictions and the published return policy. Warranty applies only for the recorded period and scope.

Account access

PCBWorld may restrict suspended, blocked, unverified or unapproved accounts. Vendors, engineers and staff may access only authorized records and ownership scopes.
