The correct part and a clear process matter equally.
Appliance parts are highly model-sensitive. PCBWorld therefore supports search using SKU, barcode, model number, part codes, brand, category, technical text and local image similarity. Prices are resolved on the server for each eligible customer role.
Repair requests use explicit status transitions, permanent timeline records, engineer ownership, estimate decisions, inventory-part movements, QC, payment, dispatch and warranty information.
Correct role pricing
Guest, customer, dealer, retailer and engineer pricing follows one server rule.
Controlled repair stages
